I was gonna scroll past without reblogging but that last comment caught me.

Protein Pancake Brunch!!
These are as easy as cake! (PAN-cake!)
- 1/4 cup of oats
- 1/4 cup of fat free plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (or any flavor you choose)
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp of almond extract (or vanilla)
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Whisk together all ingredients and pour in a nonstick skillet on medium heat. Once it bubbles on top flip over and cook for an additional 2-5 minutes. Serve with toppings of your choice — as you can tell I am indecisive on this so I go halfsies :) Greek yogurt and fresh fruit and/or nut butter and sliced almonds!
